- You’ll be part of a fast-paced travel environment where every decision directly impacts a customer’s trip.
What you’ll do
- Handle incoming emails and calls from customers and internal teams
- Manage flight changes, ticket exchanges, and refunds due to schedule disruptions
- Provide clear and accurate travel information to passengers
- Support Sales Agents with operational information and solutions
- Process refunds, reissues, and travel adjustments
- Promote and apply company travel products (TCS, LBP, DreamPass)
- Ensure fast, professional, and high-quality customer support across all channels
Working schedule
- 15:00 – 00:00 (evening shift)
Rotations:
- Sunday–Thursday OR Tuesday–Saturday
What we’re looking for
- English level B2 or higher
- Strong communication skills
- Customer-oriented mindset
- Ability to work under pressure and multitask
- Fast learning ability and adaptability
- Confident PC user
- Stress resistance and focus in dynamic situations
- Experience in travel or customer support is an advantage, but not mandatory.
