- What you’ll do
- Respond to reviews on platforms like Google, Trustpilot, BBB, etc.
- Communicate with customers via Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other social platforms
- Help resolve customer concerns professionally and empathetically
- Escalate issues to relevant departments
- Support customer satisfaction and protect brand reputation
- Create leads and identify business opportunities through communication
What we’re looking for
- English level B2+
- Strong written communication skills
- Ability to stay professional in difficult situations
- Attention to detail
- Empathy and emotional intelligence
- Social media awareness and understanding of online communication
Experience is a plus — but not required.
