ABOUT THE ROLE
- We are an international company working with the US market, looking for an experienced and results-driven Paid Media & Digital Marketing Specialist to join our Chișinău office. This is a hands-on, end-to-end role — you will be responsible for planning, building, managing, and continuously optimising paid campaigns across Google, Meta, and beyond.
- You will report to our Marketing & SEO Manager and work as part of a wider digital marketing team. This is not a role for someone who monitors dashboards and waits for instructions — we are looking for someone who takes full ownership of campaign performance and treats every dollar of ad spend as if it were their own.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Plan, build, launch, and manage paid campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram) — from initial strategy through to ongoing optimisation;
- Set up and maintain conversion tracking, pixel implementation, and attribution across all paid channels — ensuring data accuracy is never compromised;
- Monitor campaign performance daily — identifying underperforming elements, running tests, and making data-driven adjustments to improve results;
- Manage budgets across campaigns and channels, ensuring spend is allocated efficiently and ROI targets are met;
- Expand and manage additional channels including email marketing, display advertising, and programmatic where relevant;
- Produce clear, actionable performance reports for the Marketing & SEO Manager — on a regular cadence and on demand;
- Stay current on platform changes, algorithm updates, and industry best practices — and flag anything that could impact performance before it does.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 3+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns — with demonstrable results, not just exposure;
- Deep familiarity with Google Ads Manager, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager;
- Strong understanding of tracking, attribution, and conversion optimisation — you know what to measure, why it matters, and what to do when numbers move in the wrong direction;
- Experience across broader digital channels — display, programmatic, or email marketing — is a significant advantage;
- Google Ads and/or Meta Blueprint certifications are preferred — candidates without them should be prepared to demonstrate equivalent knowledge;
- Excellent English — written and spoken at B2-C1 level. This is a non-negotiable requirement;
- Analytical and data-driven — you are comfortable in spreadsheets and can extract meaningful insight from complex data sets;
- A proactive, ownership mindset — you flag problems early, propose solutions, and follow through without needing to be chased.
WHAT WE OFFER
- Salary of $1,600–$2,100 NET per month, based on experience and demonstrated capability;
- Late-afternoon and evening hours, suited for those who prefer quiet mornings — Monday to Friday, 3pm to 12am (1h lunch break);
