ABOUT THE ROLE

• We are an international company working with the US market, looking for a detail-oriented and digitally savvy Digital Content & SEO Associate to join our Chișinău office. This is a varied, hands-on role that sits at the intersection of content, SEO, and digital marketing — no two days will look exactly the same.
• You will be responsible for publishing and maintaining content across our web presence, building our visibility through targeted outreach on SEO platforms. If you are organised, comfortable working across multiple platforms simultaneously, and take pride in doing things properly — we want to hear from you.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Upload, format, and publish content to our main website and a network of secondary websites, ensuring accuracy and consistency at all times;
• Post and engage on SEO outreach platforms including Reddit, Quora, Medium, and others — writing platform-native content that adds genuine value while supporting our broader SEO strategy;
• Manage and maintain our attorneys' profiles across US legal directories — creating, updating, and monitoring listings to ensure they are accurate, complete, and optimised;
• Write and refine AI prompts used to generate content — with an understanding of what makes content useful and well-structured;
• Handle day-to-day communications and replies across relevant platforms and communities;
• Other marketing or SEO related tasks;
• Track your own output and report progress clearly to the Marketing & SEO Manager.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Experience in digital marketing, content management, or SEO — agency or in-house both considered;
• A working understanding of SEO principles — you know why content placement and platform engagement matter, not just how to execute them mechanically;
• Excellent English — written and spoken. This is a non-negotiable requirement. A significant portion of your output will be in English and directed at a US audience;
• Comfortable working across multiple platforms and tools simultaneously without losing track of priorities;
• Strong attention to detail — you notice errors, inconsistencies, and gaps that others miss;
• Familiarity with CMS platforms (WordPress or similar) is a strong advantage;
• Experience with online communities like Reddit or Quora — understanding the tone, rules, and culture of each platform — is a significant plus;
• A self-starter who can manage a varied daily workload with minimal hand-holding.

• Salary of $1,000–$1,300 NET per month, based on experience and contribution;
• Late-afternoon and evening hours, suited for those who prefer quiet mornings — Monday to Friday, 3pm to 12am (1h lunch break);
