ABOUT THE ROLE
- We are an international company working with the US market, looking for a motivated and people-smart HR & Recruiter to join our Chișinău office. This is a hands-on role where recruiting will be your primary focus — but you will also support broader HR functions and contribute to keeping our office running smoothly.
- You will own the recruitment pipeline end-to-end, help onboard new team members, and be a reliable point of contact for day-to-day HR matters. If you are organised, a strong judge of people, and thrive in a fast-paced environment — we want to hear from you.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Manage the full recruitment cycle — writing job postings, sourcing candidates, screening applications, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers;
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates across multiple roles simultaneously;
- Conduct structured interviews to assess English proficiency, attitude, cultural fit, and role-specific skills;
- Manage onboarding for new hires — documentation, orientation, and first-week coordination;
- Handle day-to-day HR administration — maintaining employee records, tracking attendance, and supporting compliance with local labour requirements;
- Assist with office management tasks as needed — supplies, logistics, and ensuring the workplace runs without friction;
- Report directly to senior leadership on hiring progress, pipeline status, and HR matters.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 1–3 years of experience in recruiting, HR, or a combined role — agency or in-house both considered;
- A strong ability to read people — you can spot genuine potential and identify red flags early in the process;
- Excellent English — written and spoken. This is a non-negotiable requirement. You will be working in an English-language environment and assessing English proficiency in candidates. Knowledge of Romanian and Russian is an advantage;
- Highly organised and process-driven — you manage multiple open roles at once without losing track of details;
- Honest, direct, and professional — someone who gives candid assessments and doesn't sugarcoat feedback to management;
- Familiarity with job platforms such as Rabota.md, Delucru.md, and LinkedIn is a strong advantage;
- A proactive attitude — you take ownership of your pipeline and don't wait to be chased for updates.
WHAT WE OFFER
- Salary of $1,000–$1,300 NET per month, based on experience and contribution;
- Late-afternoon and evening hours, suited for those who prefer quiet mornings — Monday to Friday, 3pm to 12am (1h lunch break);
- A stable, full-time position in a growing international company based in the capital;
- A direct line to senior leadership — your assessments and recommendations will carry real weight;
- A professional, results-oriented team environment.
