What You Will Be Working On:
- Conducting deep-dive sessions with client process owners to understand their operational and financial workflows
- Writing functional specifications that translate business processes into clear, actionable requirements for developers - without prescribing the technical solution
- Managing project tasks, milestones, timelines, and resource allocation in our project management platform
- Getting hands-on on our no-code/low-code tools - creating prototypes, adding fields, and adjusting screens to validate solutions with clients quickly
- Manually testing developed features against real business scenarios before they reach the client
- Monitoring staging environments and analyzing basic system logs to document and report issues accurately
- Collaborating with the development team to assess feasibility and impact of new requirements
- Using AI tools actively as part of your daily workflow - for documentation, requirement structuring, and problem solving
What We Are Looking For:
- Background in business, finance, accounting, or operations - you understand how companies run
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in project management, business analysis, or a similar role
- Structured analytical mindset - you break complex processes into clear, logical steps
- Proven habit of using AI tools in your daily work - this is a baseline expectation, not a bonus
- Strong communicator in Romanian and English - written and verbal
- Highly organized - you manage multiple workstreams without dropping anything
- Bonus: any hands-on experience with enterprise software implementations

Oneest is a software company, founded in 2015 by George Teaman. The company is headquartered in Chisinau, the Republic of Moldova and is oriented on design and software product development.
We started by developing projects for local clients, and over the years we reached a portfolio of over 50 projects done both to national and international clients. For 8 years we’ve developed products for various industries such as Telecom, FinTech, Automotive, HR Tech, PropTech, Aviation, Retail/E-commerce, Sport Tech, IoT, Legal, Crypto, Accounting.
