Business Development Representative – Cybersecurity
Cryptomathic is a global leader in cybersecurity and cryptographic solutions, helping banks, governments, and large enterprises protect sensitive data and secure digital transactions.
Your Role
- Conduct outreach and follow-ups via phone, email, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels
- Identify and engage potential customers and partnership targets within the ideal customer profile (ICP)
- Use Sales Navigator and data enrichment tools to source and qualify prospects
- Develop and execute personalized outreach strategies to generate interest and initiate conversations
- Schedule qualified meetings for the sales and partnerships teams
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-ups in HubSpot CRM
- Collaborate with the commercial team to improve lead conversion and opportunity creation
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in business development, sales development, or outbound B2B roles
- Experience working in the B2B enterprise space, with long sales cycles and high-value accounts
- Confidence in phone outreach and cold prospecting
- Advanced English (written and spoken)
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot
- Familiarity with Sales Navigator and data enrichment tools (e.g. Lusha, Apollo, ZoomInfo)
- Strong communication skills, well-organized, and results-driven
- A proactive team player with a strong drive to succeed

- Number of meetings booked
- Number of qualified opportunities created
- Contribution to closed revenue
