Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Technical Recruiter / Senior Recruiter who will help scale the team and fill key positions in technical, marketing, and sales areas. The ability to work with international markets and build strong candidate pipelines is essential.

What You’ll Do

• Full recruitment cycle: from intake meetings to offers.
• Filling technical roles (DevOps, Backend, Infrastructure, Security, etc.).
• Selecting specialists for the Marketing and Sales teams in different geolocations.
• Active sourcing and headhunting of candidates.
• Building and developing a candidate funnel.
• Working with hiring managers and assisting in formulating role requirements.
• Improving recruitment processes and candidate experience.

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in recruitment (preferably as a Senior Technical Recruiter or Senior Recruiter).
• Strong experience in filling technical and marketing positions.
• Experience in hiring candidates in Eastern Europe, Serbia, the Balkans, and neighboring markets.
• Preferably, a strong candidate database and networking skills.
• Confident sourcing, headhunting, and LinkedIn recruiting skills.
• Excellent communication skills and independence.
