As we continue to grow our marketing team, we’re looking for a Affiliate Manager who can create impactful content, support global campaigns, and help scale our content efforts across multiple channels.

Requirements

• Proven track record of identifying, recruiting, and successfully onboarding high-quality traffic sources, including affiliate networks, direct partnerships, bundles.
• Extensive hands-on experience working with CPA models, with a demonstrated ability to scale traffic volumes while maintaining profitability and ROI.
• Strong relationship management and negotiation skills aimed at building long-term partner loyalty, securing favorable terms, and negotiating exclusive placements.
• Solid analytical background with the ability to continuously monitor partner performance, analyze conversion metrics, and identify actionable opportunities for traffic growth.
• Experience utilizing leading affiliate tracking platforms and marketing analytics tools to ensure accurate attribution and campaign optimization.
• Proven ability to effectively leverage AI tools and automation to enhance performance, optimize workflows, and support data‑driven decisions.
• Proactive approach to testing new hypotheses for traffic acquisition, experimenting with different payout structures, promotional angles, and partner incentives.
• Effective cross-functional communication skills, collaborating seamlessly with marketing, design, and product teams to provide partners with high-converting creatives and clear brand messaging.
• Previous background working in highly dynamic, fast-paced markets such as technology, gaming etc.
• Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher level of English proficiency.

• Experience setting up and managing in-house affiliate programs from scratch, in addition to working with established public affiliate networks.
