About the job

Hey Roger Smith is seeking an After Hours Coordinator to ensure that drivers and clients receive exceptional support outside of regular business hours. The After Hours Coordinator will be responsible for monitoring the dispatch system, maintaining constant communication with drivers, and ensuring that all freight is delivered on time and in excellent condition.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor the dispatch system and respond promptly to driver updates and requests;
• Coordinate with clients to ensure timely and safe pickup and delivery of freight;
• Develop a solid understanding of safety and maintenance regulations;
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve transportation-related issues in a timely manner;
• Accurately document all communication and actions taken during the shift;
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and clear communication with both drivers and clients.

Requirements

• Advanced level of English (minimum B2), both written and spoken;
• Previous experience in logistics is required;
• Strong verbal and written communication skills;
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail;
• Good computer skills and ability to work with dispatch systems;
• Availability to work night shifts.
