Role Mission:
To serve as the financial backbone of the group by ensuring strong financial control, clear cashflow visibility, and effective risk management while supporting strategic decisions through structured analysis and sound judgment. This is not a Chief Accountant role — it is a finance leadership position.

Key Responsibilities & First 3-Month Focus:
-Lead financial control across the group: prepare and interpret reports, balance sheets, and consolidated financials.
-Ensure accurate and timely management and statutory reporting in cooperation with the accounting team.
-Monitor and forecast cashflow, proactively identifying liquidity risks and stability gaps.
-Conduct ROI analysis, assess financial risks, and identify cost optimization opportunities.
-Map financial flows across entities and build clear group-level reporting frameworks.
-Strengthen or implement management reporting processes to improve transparency and decision-making.
-Act as a strategic partner to the CEO: support decisions with financial insight, challenge high-risk initiatives, and align financial planning with business strategy.

Technical Requirements:
-Advanced Excel (mandatory).
-Practical experience with 1C.
-Microsoft 365 (daily use: Teams, Outlook, Excel, etc.).
-Strong expertise in financial analysis and reporting, ROI evaluation, cashflow planning, and risk management.
-English level: B2–C1.
