We’re expanding our team with a English-speaking Support Advisor to work with one of the biggest clients. You’ll help customers from the UK enjoy smooth experiences with their orders and products.

Requirements

• Languages: English (B2 or above)
• Work model: Remote (complete equipment offered)
• Schedule: Mon-Sat, in shifts, no night shifts
• Experience in Customer Support or related
• Problem-solving with technical and logical thinking skills.

What You’ll Do

• Provide support via phone in English to UK customers
• Assist with refunds, order localisation, troubleshooting kitchen and home appliances
• Work with various platforms specific to this domain (Zendesk, Zoom, CRM, etc)
