About us:
We are an asset-based trucking company operating across the United States, managing a fleet of over 200 trucks.
As our operations continue to expand, we are looking for talented professionals to join our Moldovan accounting team.

Position Overview:

• The Accounting Specialist will manage accounts payable and receivable, process invoices, perform data entry, and assist with collections.
• You will communicate directly with U.S. customers via calls and messages, ensuring accurate and timely processing of all financial records.
• The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced logistics environment.
• Strong English communication skills are essential for clear correspondence with U.S. customers.
• Office presence is required. This is not a remote position.
• Working hours are from 15:00 - 00:00 Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities

• Process customer and vendor invoices accurately and on time
• Manage and reconcile accounts payable and receivable
• Monitor and follow up on overdue payments
• Maintain accurate records in spreadsheets and accounting software
• Communicate with customers and internal teams to resolve billing issues
• Assist in preparing weekly and monthly reports for management

Requirements

• Proficient English (spoken and written)
• Strong PC skills (Excel, Google Sheets, etc.)
• Previous experience in accounting or finance preferred
• Familiarity with accounting or dispatch software is a plus
• Attention to detail and strong communication skills
