Role context:

This role is created to reinforce group-level financial management and to bring clarity around cashflow, risks, and decision-making economics. The position reports directly to the CEO and works closely with the Chief Accountant. This is a finance leadership role, not an accounting position.

Role mission:

To build a clear, controlled, and transparent financial framework for the group, ensuring reliable cashflow oversight, risk management, and data-driven strategic decisions for the owner.

Challenges you will face:

• Multiple brands and legal entities with different financial logic and maturity levels.
• The need to quickly understand and structure existing financial flows and dependencies.
• Balancing investment activity with conservative liquidity and capital protection.
• Delivering strong financial leadership within a part-time work format.

Minimum requirements:

• 5+ years of experience as a Finance Manager / Finance Lead in a small or mid-sized company.
• Hands-on experience with management reporting, cashflow planning, and financial analysis.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Practical working experience with 1C.
• Solid understanding of ROI calculations and investment project evaluation.
• Experience working closely with accounting and consolidating financial data.
• Ability to confidently defend financial positions and challenge risky decisions.

Who is NOT a good fit:

• A specialist focused only on accounting without business and strategic thinking.
• Someone who avoids saying “no” and struggles to defend an unpopular but justified position.
• A candidate uncomfortable with ambiguity and building structure from an imperfect system.

• Schedule: Fixed, Monday–Friday, from 08:00 to 13:00.
