Call Center Operator (Customer Surveys, English or Spanish)
We are looking for a Call Center Operator to conduct customer surveys with English- or Spanish-speaking clients.
This position does not involve sales — only collecting opinions and feedback.
Responsibilities:
- Making outbound calls using a prepared client database
- Conducting customer surveys based on a predefined script
- Collecting and accurately recording customer responses
- Maintaining polite, clear, and professional communication
- Submitting completed surveys to the internal team
Requirements:
- Good communication skills and clear speaking voice
- Conversational level of English or Spanish
- Basic computer skills
- Attention to detail and responsibility
- Sales experience is not required
Working conditions:
- Office-based position in the center of Chisinau
- Full-time schedule: Monday–Friday, 10:30 AM – 7:30 PM
- Weekends off (Saturday & Sunday)
- No overtime
