Call Center Operator (Customer Surveys, English or Spanish)
We are looking for a Call Center Operator to conduct customer surveys with English- or Spanish-speaking clients. This position does not involve sales — only collecting opinions and feedback.
Responsibilities:
Making outbound calls using a prepared client database
Conducting customer surveys based on a predefined script
Collecting and accurately recording customer responses
Maintaining polite, clear, and professional communication
Submitting completed surveys to the internal team
Requirements:
Good communication skills and clear speaking voice
Conversational level of English or Spanish
Basic computer skills
Attention to detail and responsibility
Sales experience is not required
Working conditions:
Office-based position in the center of Chisinau
Full-time schedule: Monday–Friday, 10:30 AM – 7:30 PM
