About the Project 

This project is part of a technology initiative developing a next-generation Automated Storage and Retrieval System (AS/RS) for warehouses. The goal is to redefine how goods are stored, moved, and scaled in modern logistics environments. 

The solution helps warehouses store more products in the same space, efficiently manage peak demand, and grow step by step—without high energy consumption or complex infrastructure. As the project moves toward market launch and scale, building a strong and consistent visual presence for a B2B / industrial audience is a key priority. 

We are looking for a Graphic & UX/UI Designer (Part-Time) to help build and launch the project’s visual identity across digital and print channels. This is a part-time position with flexible working hours, ideal for a designer who wants to contribute to an innovative industrial technology project while maintaining flexibility. 

You will play a key role in shaping brand assets, marketing visuals, social media content, event communication, and UX/UI layouts, supporting a clear and credible visual language for a B2B technology product. 

Your Responsibilities Include:

• Develop and maintain a cohesive visual identity aligned with the project’s goals 
• Design marketing and brand visuals across digital and print channels 
• Create social media assets, campaign visuals, and web graphics 
• Support event-related communication (presentations, booth visuals, printed materials) 
• Design responsive web visuals and contribute to UX/UI layouts 
• Create wireframes and prototypes for digital experiences 
• Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and external partners 
• Ensure all assets are production-ready and meet high-quality standards 

What do we expect from you:

Experience:

• 4+ years of experience in Graphic Design with exposure to UX/UI projects 
• Experience creating brand identities from scratch and developing strong visual storytelling 
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and Figma 
• Strong understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy 
• Experience preparing production-ready assets and knowledge of print production 
• Understanding of responsive web design principles 
• UX/UI experience is a strong plus, including: 
• Wireframing and prototyping 
• UX research fundamentals, usability, and accessibility basics 
• Familiarity with design systems and reusable UI components 

Personal Skills:

• Creative and detail-oriented, with a strong eye for quality 
• Strong time management skills and ownership of design projects 
• Excellent communication skills and openness to feedback 
• Proactive mindset with the ability to suggest and implement visual improvements
