In my current role as an IT Support Specialist, I am responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the company's IT infrastructure across a large retail network, providing technical support, troubleshooting hardware, software, networking, and business application issues. Working closely with colleagues from different departments has strengthened my ability to solve problems efficiently while maintaining business continuity in a fast-paced environment.
Beyond technical support, I actively collaborate with the development team by testing newly released features and applications before they are deployed to production. I validate functionality from the end-user perspective, identify potential issues, verify bug fixes, and provide detailed feedback that helps improve product quality and reliability.
One of the aspects I value most is contributing ideas that go beyond my daily responsibilities. I have taken the initiative to propose and develop AI-driven solutions designed to optimize internal processes, improve access to company knowledge, and automate repetitive tasks. By identifying business needs and transforming them into practical technology solutions, I have been able to bridge the gap between technical implementation and business value.

During my internship as a Manual QA Tester at Orange Moldova, I had the opportunity to contribute to the quality assurance of several digital solutions used both internally and by customers. I was actively involved in testing the company's internal Sign Documents platform, where I validated document signing workflows, verified new functionalities, and ensured that the application met business requirements before release.
I also participated in the Mobile Payments in Public Transport project in Edineț, where I tested payment scenarios, identified defects, and collaborated with developers to ensure a smooth and reliable user experience. In addition to these projects, I supported the testing of several smaller initiatives, gaining valuable exposure to different stages of the software development lifecycle.
Throughout this experience, I strengthened my knowledge of functional, regression, smoke, exploratory, and UI testing while working in an Agile environment. I collaborated closely with cross-functional teams, documented and tracked defects, verified bug fixes, and contributed to delivering high-quality software.
Beyond project work, I continuously invested in expanding my technical expertise through internal training sessions and self-learning, developing strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills. Voluntariat – Pionier regular


Am desfășurat, timp de mai mulți ani, activitate de voluntariat în calitate de pionier regular, dedicând lunar un număr stabilit de ore activităților religioase și sprijinirii comunității. Acest rol a presupus oferirea de ajutor moral, emoțional și, atunci când a fost necesar, practic, persoanelor din diferite medii și categorii de vârstă.


De asemenea, am participat de două ori la campanii speciale de predicare organizate în România, colaborând cu voluntari din alte localități și contribuind la organizarea și desfășurarea activităților. În luna august urmează să particip la o nouă campanie de acest tip, care va avea loc în Hîncești.


Această experiență mi-a dezvoltat abilități solide de comunicare, empatie, organizare, adaptabilitate, lucru în echipă și gestionare a responsabilităților, precum și capacitatea de a relaționa cu oameni din medii diverse și de a construi relații bazate pe respect și încredere.

Sunt pasionată de tehnologie și AI, îmi place să dezvolt proiecte care rezolvă probleme reale, să învăț constant lucruri noi, să mă implic în activități de voluntariat și să descopăr locuri și culturi noi prin călătorii.
