We build most of our software in-house, including Salesforce-based platforms that power our Sales, Support, Operations, Experts, and Concierge teams. As we continue to elevate the customer journey, we’re expanding our data & systems team to discover smarter, more automated, and more personalized ways to serve travelers.


The Role 
We are looking for a Mid to Senior Salesforce Business Analyst who can bridge business needs with technical solutions. You will analyze business processes, design scalable workflows in Salesforce, and partner with Product, Engineering, and Operations to build systems that power a world-class travel experience.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys solving complex operational problems, and wants to have a meaningful impact on internal efficiency and customer satisfaction.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead discovery sessions with Sales, Operations, Finance, and Product teams to understand workflows and identify automation opportunities.
  • Translate business requirements into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, process maps, and functional specifications.
  • Design scalable Salesforce solutions using best practices (Flows, validation rules, case/lead automation, record types, permission models).
  • Support the development lifecycle by collaborating with Developers to shape configuration vs. customization decisions.
  • Create and manage documentation for processes, data models, SOPs, and platform governance.
  • Facilitate and support UAT, coordinating with stakeholders to validate solutions.
  • Build dashboards and reports to empower departments with actionable insights.
  • Identify system bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and data-quality issues, and propose process or architectural improvements.
  • Partner closely with Product Owners to drive Salesforce roadmap initiatives.
  • Train team members on new features, workflows, and best practices to ensure successful adoption.

What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst, System Analyst, or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud (objects, flows, security, automation).
  • Hands-on experience designing complex end-to-end business processes.
  • Ability to translate ambiguous requirements into structured, actionable, and scalable solutions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Experience writing detailed user stories and documentation in Jira/Confluence.
  • Comfortable running workshops, documenting AS-IS and TO-BE processes, and presenting to cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of aligning business and technical stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with data modeling, data governance, and reporting best practices.
  • A proactive mindset,someone who sees problems before others do and proposes thoughtful solutions.

It Would Be a Plus If You Have:

  • Experience with Digital Engagement (chat, WhatsApp, messaging).
  • Understanding of API integrations, middleware, or ETL tools.
  • Experience working in a high-volume support or sales environment (e.g., travel, hospitality, marketplace, contact center).
  • Knowledge of SQL or data analytics tools (Tableau, Quicksight, Power BI,etc).
  • Background collaborating with Product teams in agile environments.
  • Technical Background.
