SHORT DESCRIPTION OF THE VACANCY:

The welder performs welding operations in the manufacture and repair of metal structures, complying with quality and safety standards. The activity is carried out in shifts, including weekends, in various cities in Poland, such as Warsaw, Wroclaw, Gdynia, Gdańsk, Gliwice, Krakow, Łódź, Opole and Poznań.

REQUIREMENTS FOR THE CANDIDATE:

• Relevant welding qualifications (TIG/MIG/MAG or similar).
• Different levels of experience are accepted: entry-level (less than 2 years), mid-level (2–5 years) or supervisory/management experience in the field.
• Good technical skills, discipline and the ability to work effectively in a team.
• Availability for full-time, shifts and weekends.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Performs welding of metal components according to technical specifications and drawings.
• Ensures safety and order in the workplace.
• Check the quality of the weld and report any problems.
• Respects shift work schedules and contributes to achieving project objectives.

• Salary: EUR 1,300–1,700 net/month (approx. MDL 25,000–33,000 net/month ), depending on skills and experience.
