1C Platform Developer is responsible for the design, customization, and implementation of solutions on the 1C:Enterprise platform, ensuring smooth integration between internal business systems (ERP, CRM, Finance, Warehouse) and external digital platforms (e-commerce, marketplaces, logistics providers). The role focuses on hands-on development, building scalable automation for order management, stock synchronization, and process optimization, while supporting business requirements through clean, maintainable code.

Key Responsibilities:

Development & Customization

• Develop and customize 1C modules to support order lifecycle, inventory management, and accounting processes.
  
• Implement API integrations between 1C and external platforms (e-shop, payment gateways, delivery services).
  
• Build automation for stock synchronization across warehouses, sales channels, and marketplaces.
•  Maintain and optimize existing 1C configurations and data flows.

Integration & Data Exchange

• Develop connectors and data exchange modules (REST/SOAP, XML, JSON, CSV, EDI).
  
• Implement both real-time and batch synchronization for critical processes (orders, stock, catalog updates).
• Ensure data quality, consistency, and error handling across integrated systems.

Collaboration & Support

• Work closely with business analysts, solution architects, and product owners to translate requirements into development tasks.
  
• Support end-users by troubleshooting issues, debugging errors, and providing technical fixes.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, retrospectives, demos) as an active development team member.

Quality & Optimization

• Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code following 1C development best practices.
  
• Support unit and integration testing of new features.
  
• Optimize performance of queries, reports, and data exchanges.
• Ensure compliance with security and audit requirements.

Required Skills & Competencies:

Technical

• Proficiency in 1C:Enterprise 8.x configuration and programming.
  
• Strong experience in system integration: REST/SOAP APIs, JSON/XML, EDI, message queues.
  
• Knowledge of e-commerce integration flows (orders, payments, deliveries, stock).
  
• Strong SQL/PLSQL and database optimization skills.
• Familiarity with middleware, microservices, or API gateways is an advantage.

Business Process Understanding

• Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, and Inventory management cycles.
  
• Knowledge of warehouse and retail process flows.
• Understanding of e-commerce and marketplace requirements.

Experience & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  
• 3+ years of experience in 1C:Enterprise platform development and customization.
  
• Experience with system integration projects (preferably in retail, e-commerce, or logistics).
  
• Familiarity with Agile delivery (Scrum/Kanban) and CI/CD practices.
  
• Certification in 1C development is an advantage.
