We’re looking for a creative and tech-savvy Digital Content Designer & Developerto design, develop, and maintain engaging digital learning solutions by combining creativity, technical expertise, and project management skills.

Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation:

• Develop interactive e-learning modules from storyboards.
• Design user-friendly and visually appealing interfaces.
• Create multimedia content (videos, animations, graphics, podcasts, microlearnings, mixed reality, etc.).

Content Maintenance:

• Update and enhance existing learning materials.
• Implement improvements based on user feedback.

Collaboration:

• Work closely with learning designers, subject matter experts, and stakeholders.
• Ensure effective communication and cohesive learning experiences.

Project Management:

• Manage multiple projects and deliver on time.
• Monitor project progress and ensure quality standards.

Innovation:

• Stay current with learning technologies and methodologies.
• Experiment with new tools and techniques to boost engagement.

What You Bring:

• Degree in instructional design, multimedia design, computer science, or related field.
• Proven experience in digital learning solution development.
• Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Vyond, AI tools).
• Strong multimedia and web technology skills (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, HTML).
• Creative, adaptable, and innovative mindset.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
