Are you an experienced dispatcher who’s ready to step away from the daily pressure of load planning but still wants to use your skills? Join us as a Dispatch Training & Quality Specialist, where you’ll design training programs, coach team members, and ensure our dispatch department operates at the highest standards.

Schedule: 12PM – 9PM (Moldova time zone)

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and update training curriculum for new hires and existing dispatch staff.
• Conduct onboarding and continuous training sessions (in-person and online).
• Create tests and assessments to track knowledge and progress.
• Monitor daily dispatcher work for accuracy, compliance, and efficiency.
• Identify gaps, errors, or inefficiencies in dispatch operations and implement corrective actions.
• Analyze team performance and provide feedback to dispatchers and managers.
• Maintain training records, quality audit results, and improvement plans.

Requirements:

• 3+ years dispatch experience with strong knowledge of U.S. trucking operations.
• Solid understanding of load planning, customer service, and dispatch workflows.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and coaching skills.
• Ability to create training materials and adapt them for different learners.
• Patience and leadership skills to guide both new trainees and experienced staff.
