Your mission

As the Head of Human Resources department, you will shape our culture, drive talent strategy, and ensure an outstanding employee experience.

What you will be doing:

• Lead and develop a small HR team, fostering growth and excellence.
• Design and implement HR strategies, policies, and processes aligned with business goals.
• Oversee core HR functions: recruitment, performance, employee relations, compensation & benefits, L&D, and overall HR operations.
• Partner with managers to support workforce planning, talent acquisition, and employee development.
• Drive employee engagement and well-being initiatives, building a positive and inclusive culture.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices.
• Use HR data and analytics to provide insights, measure impact, and support decision-making.
• Support change management and succession planning to strengthen organizational resilience.
• Represent the company externally to enhance our employer brand and attract top talent.

Your profile

• 3-5 years of progressive experience in HR leadership roles, preferably in a similar industry/sector 
• Strong knowledge of HR processes, best practices, employment laws and regulations
• Verified experience in developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives that drive organizational success
• Proven track record in talent management, including recruitment, performance management, employee continuous learning and development.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels of the organization
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
