We pride ourselves on maintaining smooth 24/7 operations and are looking for someone to support our growing team in a remote capacity, with hours primarily during evenings and weekends.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage incoming calls, emails, and messages during afterhours.
• Dispatch drivers promptly and efficiently.
• Monitor schedules, routes, and job statuses.
• Provide exceptional customer service and problem-solving skills l.
• Document all communications and ensure smooth shift transition.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in dispatch, customer service, or logistics preferred.
• Strong communication and multitasking skills.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and make the correct decisions. 
• Knowledge / experience of using scheduling and dispatch software (training will be provided).
• Available for evenings, weekends, and holidays shifts.
