• At least 1 year of experience in a customer support team;
• English language proficiency at B2 level or above;
• fluent and competent command of Romanian language;
• High self-organisation, discipline, punctuality and responsibility for the team;
• Team result orientation, ability to find and solve problems.

Job Description:

• provide assistance to passengers and drivers in written and voice communication;
• advise customers on company services in written and voice communication;
• maintaining reports, work documentation, logs.
