We're looking for the is hiring an Office Assistant (Permit Writer), who will handle the preparation and submission of permits for oversize and overweight (OSOW) loads. This role requires accuracy, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines.

Schedule - 4pm - 1am (MD time)

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and process permits for oversize/overweight loads across various US states.
  
• Ensure compliance with transport regulations
  
• Maintain updated knowledge of permit requirements, restrictions, and route regulations.
  
• Keep accurate records of all permit applications and approvals.
• Prepare and generate reports.
  

Requirements:

• Experience in permit writing and good understanding of the US transportation industry and oversize/overweight regulations is preferable.
  
• Proficiency in English (B2 and higher); knowledge of Russian/Romanian.
  
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  
• Good communication and organizational skills.
  
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple permits simultaneously.
