About the Role

We’re hiring a Sales Representative to sell dispatch services to owner-operators and small fleets across the U.S. You’ll prospect, pitch, run discovery, overcome objections, and close - then hand off smoothly to onboarding for a great customer experience.

What You’ll Do

• Drive new business through high-volume cold calling, messaging, and follow-ups with owner-operators and small fleets in the US market.
• Qualify leads, run structured discovery calls, deliver compelling pitches, and close contracts for dispatch services.
• Communicate fluently with prospects in Russian, Romanian, and English; tailor your pitch to each market segment.
• Manage a tight pipeline in CRM: log activities, track stages, forecast accurately, and follow a disciplined cadence.
• Hit and exceed sales KPIs such as calls/day, meetings booked, conversion rate, and new monthly revenue.
• Collaborate with Operations/Onboarding to ensure a seamless start for new clients and strong early retention.
• Stay sharp on industry trends, lane dynamics, seasonality, and our value proposition versus competitors.
• Handle objections with confidence, stay resilient under pressure, and keep momentum in a fast-paced environment.

Are You the One?

• Proven success in outbound/cold-calling sales, logistics, or dispatch service sales is a strong plus.
• Trilingual: Russian, Romanian, and English - both spoken and written.
• Calm under pressure with strong objection-handling, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Excellent communicator who can build rapport quickly with drivers and fleet owners.
• Organized and metrics-driven; comfortable working in a CRM and following a sales process.
• Self-starter who takes ownership, learns fast, and thrives on hitting targets.

• Location: On-site
• Work Hours: 15:00–00:00 (local time) to align with US business hours.
• Schedule: Full-time, Monday - Friday.
