Noi uno dei più grandi call center internazionali! A causa della crescita del nostro team siamo alla ricerca di un operatore di call center con conoscenza della lingua italiana.
L'azienda garantisce:
- Formazione gratuita;
- Orario lavorativo 2/2 +3 UTC;
- La retribuzione è composta da 2 parti: una tariffa iniziale di 4 € l'ora (con un ulteriore aumento della tariffa per buone prestazioni) + bonus per i risultati del lavoro svolto;
- Opportunità di crescita professionale: assistente supervisore, supervisore, responsabile CC;
- Formato di lavoro remoto;
- Lavoro completamente da casa.
Responsabilità:
- Vendite calde;
- Consulenza competente, realizzazione di una vendita (OBBLIGATORIO) e offerta di prodotti aggiuntivi; - Raccolta dei dati per la consegna e l'effettuazione di un ordine;
- Lavorare in un sistema CRM.
OBBLIGATORIA:
- Volontà di raggiungere risultati elevati;
- Capacità di comunicazione, tatto, atteggiamento positivo quando si comunica con i clienti;
- Disponibilità di un laptop/PC, cuffie, Internet stabile e un posto di lavoro tranquillo.
