We're Hiring: Sales Assistant (Amazon Marketplace)

Are you detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and eager to support e-commerce operations in a fast-paced environment? We're looking for a Sales Assistant to join our team and help manage and optimize our product listings on Amazon. In this role, you'll play a key part in ensuring our listings are accurate, competitive, and performing at their best. From running daily checks and updating content to managing flat files and tracking performance, your work will directly support our growth on one of the world’s largest online marketplaces. Personal Requirements:

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow step-by-step instructions
• Comfortable with repetitive and technical tasks
• Reliable and organized, with a proactive attitude
• Eager to learn and open to feedback
• Basic comfort with spreadsheets and tools like Google Sheets

Responsibilities:

• Daily listing checks: Ensure all product listings are live, accurate, and display the correct pricing, images, and product content
• Run Scraper tool: Execute a pre-configured script daily to extract Amazon listing data; compare outputs with previous days to spot changes or issues
• Update daily report: Input and maintain listing performance data in tracking files (keywords, prices, ranking, competitor details)
• Content upload: Add product titles, bullet points, images, videos, and other content as provided by the Sales Specialist
• Flat file management: Use pre-filled flat files to upload or update listings in bulk via Amazon Seller Central
• Create new listings: Set up new ASINs and product variations accurately, following instructions
  Apply dricing & promotions: Implement price changes, vouchers, and deals based on provided plans
• Troubleshooting: Flag and report listing issues or suppressed ASINs
• Run A/B experiments: Launch and monitor content tests through Amazon’s experimentation toolset

Requirements & Skills:

• Experience with Amazon Seller Central is a plus, but not required - full training will be provided
• Basic understanding of Google Sheets or Excel
• Ability to learn and follow processes quickly
• Comfortable using or learning simple automation tools (e.g., scripts, web tools)
• Good written communication in English
