We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Java Developer with strong Software Architecture expertise to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing, developing, and implementing scalable, high-performance Java applications while also contributing to the architectural vision and technical strategy of the platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the technical design and architecture discussions for new initiatives and enhancements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including DevOps, QA, Product Owners, and Business Analysts
- Design and develop robust, scalable, and secure Java-based backend systems
- Evaluate new technologies and frameworks, and drive technical innovation
- Perform code reviews and provide mentorship to other developers
- Translate complex business requirements into technical solutions
- Ensure high standards of code quality, security, and performance
- Troubleshoot and resolve critical application issues in production environments
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years of professional experience in Java development
- Strong understanding of software architecture principles
- Deep knowledge of Java frameworks such as Spring Booot
- Experience designing RESTful APIs and integrating with external systems
- Proficiency in relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, Oracle)
- Experience with cloud platforms and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically
