• Develop and implement effective sales and growth strategies
• Build, mentor, and motivate a results-driven team
• Maintain high levels of customer service and operational control
• Oversee internal processes and ensure seamless coordination across departments
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
• Turning ideas into action — and results
