Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of Logistics Sales Managers to success
• Actively search and engage prospective customers from the USA & Canada (B2B, cold calling, email correspondence)
• Present and explain services provided by the Company
• Understand customer transportation needs and offer tailored solutions
• Maintain successful business relationship with current customers
• Work closely with our operations team to ensure seamless service delivery
• Set targets, track results, check deadlines
• Assess Team's performance and identify needs
• Organize meetings and trainings for the team

Requirements:

• Dynamic and result-oriented Team leader
• Experience in Sales is a must
• Experience in logistics is a plus
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
• Proven record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
• Well-developed leadership skills
• Availability to work Monday - Friday from 15:00 to 00:00 (Moldova time).
