We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Manager in Logistics!

Responsibilities:

• Proactively search and reach out to potential customers via cold calling, email
• Identify new business opportunities in freight brokerage
• Present tailored logistics solutions to meet customer shipping needs
• Build and nurture strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business
• Collaborate with operations team to ensure seamless service delivery
• Meet or exceed sales targets
• Participate in meetings organized by the Company

What we're looking for:

• Experience in B2B sales
• Proven success in cold calling and lead generation
• Advanced customer relationship management, negotiation, and sales skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Goal-driven and results-oriented mindset
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Experience in Logistics is a plus
• Availability to work Monday - Friday from 15:00 to 00:00 (Moldova time).
