The Maintenance Department at Nova Lines plays a crucial role in ensuring the integrity and safety of our fleet through meticulous upkeep and repairs. 

From routine inspections to emergency repairs, our skilled maintenance team works tirelessly to maintain our vehicles in top condition, minimizing downtime and maximizing efficiency.

Key responsibilities:

• Answer and respond to all maintenance requests from truck drivers;
• Coordinate with vendors and mechanics to ensure timely repair of all trucks;
• Schedule regular maintenance and inspections to ensure all trucks are in good working condition;
• Keep accurate records of all maintenance and repair work performed on the truck;
• Ensure compliance with all safety and environmental regulations related to truck maintenance and repairs;
• Provide regular updates to the Maintenance Manager regarding maintenance issues and resolutions;

Requirements:

• Advanced English level (minimum B2), both verbal and written;
• Experience in truck maintenance or similar roles will be considered an advantage;
• Knowledge of truck/ car maintenance and repair processes;
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously;
• Computer proficiency;
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
