As a Media Buying and Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing media buying strategies across various digital platforms to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions. You will work closely with our marketing team to develop and implement integrated digital marketing campaigns that align with our business objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute media buying strategies across digital channels, including but not limited to social media, display advertising, search engine marketing (SEM), and programmatic advertising.
  • Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify target audiences, market trends, and opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling and effective ad creatives, landing pages, and other assets.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and optimize campaigns to improve key metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROI.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve our digital marketing efforts.
  • Provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders on campaign performance, key findings, and recommendations for optimization.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in media buying and digital marketing.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and optimizing digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, etc.

Bonus Skills:

  • Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
  • Knowledge of SEO principles and best practices.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools such as HubSpot, Marketo, or Pardot.
  • Willingness to relocate to Bucharest, Romania.
