Описание вакансии

We are a Fintech startup that focuses on delivering innovative payment solutions and infrastructure to European B2B and B2C companies focused on affluent customers.
Currently, we are looking for a Customer Support Agent to join our team in Moldova, who will assist our clients with various issues, via app chat, email, and phone. Also, you will get a dive into the innovative payment industry.
Responsibilities:

  • Raising support tickets to enable tracking and resolution of customer requests
  • Investigating and resolving customer complaints
  • Maintaining a database of customer information
  • Escalating inquiries to the appropriate team, when necessary
  • Manage incoming phone calls, chat, and email inquiries
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers
  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries
  • Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support

Your profile:

  • Proven customer support experience for at least 2 years
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
  • Further languages are welcomed
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices, familiarity with Salesforce is an advantage
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work calmly under high-stress situations
  • Willingness to have flexible work hours
  • Experience with Microsoft tools
  • Experience working in a Fintech company or payment cards industry is a big advantage
