Job Description: Frank Technology is seeking an experienced and dedicated Lawyer to join our legal team in Chisinau, Republic of Moldova. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in legal matters, with a focus on manufacturing, industrial production and intellectual property law. As our Lawyer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our company operates within the bounds of the law and that our business activities are conducted in an ethical and compliant manner.

Responsibilities:

• Legal Compliance: Ensure that Frank Technology complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards, with a particular focus on technology-related legal matters.
• Contract Review: Review, draft, and negotiate a wide range of contracts, including client agreements, vendor contracts, and partnership agreements.
• Intellectual Property: Manage and protect the company's intellectual property rights, including trademarks, copyrights, and patents.
• Legal Advice: Provide legal advice and guidance to various departments within the organization, including the management team, HR, and finance, to ensure legal risks are identified and mitigated.
• Dispute Resolution: Handle legal disputes, litigation, and negotiations as needed, working closely with external legal counsel when required.
• Policy Development: Develop and implement internal policies and procedures to ensure legal and ethical compliance across the organization.
• Regulatory Compliance: Stay updated on relevant legal and regulatory changes, assess their impact on the company, and proactively adjust policies and practices accordingly.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Law; Master's degree is a plus.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a practicing lawyer, with a strong background in manufacturing and industrial law.
• Excellent knowledge of Moldovan and international laws and regulations.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Fluency in both written and spoken English and Romanian; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
