We are a fast-growing logistics company operating in the U.S. trucking market and are looking for a responsible and experienced Safety Manager / Recruiter to join our team.

Important: Direct experience as a Safety Manager in U.S. trucking is mandatory. Experience in CDL driver recruitment is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Managing driver hiring documentation and Driver Qualification Files (DQFs);
• Monitoring safety compliance and U.S. trucking regulations;
• Handling claims and IFTA-related documentation;
• Recruiting CDL drivers and conducting initial interviews;
• Screening candidates, collecting documents, and coordinating the hiring process.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Safety Manager in U.S. trucking — mandatory;
• Practical IFTA experience — mandatory;
• CDL driver recruitment experience is an advantage;
• Good understanding of U.S. trucking safety and compliance;
• English level B2 or higher;
• Good computer skills and proficiency in MS Office and Google Docs;
• Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and responsibility;
• Availability to work from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM.
