About the role
- As an Airline Communication specialist, your main responsibility will be to discuss booking-related queries with the airline directly;
- Your role is to help Customer Experience Specialists deliver a positive resolution to our travelers who have complex requests;
- Being able to determine the cause of the problem and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives to the related departments within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolutions;
- Be up to date with airline updates and policies;
- Maintain qualitative communication and demonstrate listening skills;
- Keep accurate records and document all activities and discussions;
- Develop analytical skills and improve them over time by sharing and collaborating with the team members.
About You

- You have excellent communication skills and the ability to take complex ideas and explain them in plain, compelling language (C1);
- You are confident in your ability to write clear, effective, and personalized messages communicating both with the airline and internal teams;
- You are reliable, self-motivated, and organized in your work, and have no problem meeting and exceeding expected performance metrics;
- You are not afraid to ask questions or offer suggestions and admit to working with others to get the job done;
- You are detail-oriented and have analytical skills;
- You are familiar with Google products, and overall PC skills.
