Responsibilities:

• Handle Calls: Efficiently receive both emergency and non-emergency calls, accurately recording significant information.
• Problem-Solving: Address problems and requests by transmitting information or providing effective solutions.
• Order Management: Receive and dispatch orders for products or deliveries, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
• Prioritization: Prioritize calls based on urgency and importance, ensuring critical tasks are handled promptly.
• Coordination: Monitor the route and status of field units to coordinate and prioritize their schedules effectively.
• Support Field Units: Provide field units with vital information about orders, traffic, obstacles, and requirements.
• Data Management: Enter data into the computer system and maintain comprehensive logs and records of calls, activities, and other relevant information.

Requirements and Skills:

• Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience (van/reefers) in dispatching or a similar logistics role
• Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with technology and familiar with relevant dispatch methods.
• Typing Skills: Fast typing speed with experience in data entry.
• Language Proficiency: Proficient in English (C1).
• Experience with Alvys TMS is an advantage
• Organizational Abilities: Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
• Communication Skills: Active listener with excellent communication abilities.
