Load N Go is looking for a Safety Assistant to support our Safety Division and help keep our trucking operations compliant and organized. In this role, you will work closely with drivers, dispatch, and maintenance teams to ensure all safety documents, records, and compliance requirements are properly managed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure driver compliance — maintain records of driver certifications and verify drivers are legally eligible to operate vehicles.
• Maintain truck binders — keep registrations, insurance, permits, and inspection reports updated.
• Invoice & TMS Management — сollect and review invoices and upload them to the Transportation Management System (TMS)
• Driver & Team Supporе — communicate with drivers, dispatch, and maintenance regarding safety and documentation issues.
• Compliance & Audits — organize driver documents, truck documentation, and tax records.
• Administrative Support use TMS and compliance systems to manage and organize documents; support the Safety Department with daily tasks and reporting.

Qualifications:

• Stress-resistant, calm, and professional under pressure.
• Previous experience in trucking, dispatch, or safety — required
• Basic understanding of FMCSA, ELD, and HOS rules
• English level: B2 or higher
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to stay calm and professional under pressure
• Attention to detail and good problem-solving skills

Schedule: Full-time | 7:00 AM — 4:00 PM CST (15:00 — 00:00 Kyiv Time)
