As a customer support representative I was responsible to help new clients and existing ones with anything related to their profiles on the website, from payments and refunds to technical issues and any other questions they might have had regarding our services. Oh was also in charge of a small team of CS reps.

My responsibilities included researching info on companies in Europe and presenting our B2B database services, and connecting them with possible partners. I was also appointed to recruit,train and oversee a small team of sales managers.

My main duties was to research info on companies in different industries, contact key figures In those companies, explain our capital raising services and schedule appointments for our business development manager. In addition to that I was in charge of 5 other appointment setters, guiding them through the process.
