Responsabilități:

(b)
Repayment of loan/funding would be made as follows and on a schedule of:
(i) By and through pending funding contract with Boston Asia Capital (BAC) of Boston, MA USA
(ii) Stated contract has valuation of $75,000,000.00 USD to be used in and towards 2 commercial real estate
projects (hotel and office building) already under contract by MeadowRidge Financial, LLC
(iii) Upon the obtaining by MeadowRidge Financial, LLC and assignment to BAC of Bank Instrument
(SBLC/BG) to secure funding contract, BAC will release and disburse to MeadowRidge Financial, LLC the
contracted funds within 45 days of BAC's receipt of assigned Bank Instrument
(iv) Within 7 banking days of receipt of disbursed contract funds from BAC by MeadowRidge Financial, LLC
and in coordination with lender, loan/funding received will be repaid to lender in full with applicable interest. Or
repayment be arranged and included within BAC contract with MeadowRidge Financial, LLC that lender be
repaid direct and through BAC at time of or prior to final contract funds disbursement to MeadowRidge
Financial, LLC.

(c)
Goal to exit within 15 years by way of retirement and passing of company and all assets to heir. Or exit via
acquisition of company by outside party(s).
