Responsabilități:
• Coordinated and supervised a team of 70 linguists to deliver large-scale projects to multinational parties.
• Created 3 teams of highly professional linguists to deliver interpreting/translation services for multinational clients.
• Onboarded new linguists into the team with a smooth and progressive training and introducing them into the team.
• Developed IT skills, MS Office Package work.
• Provided effective and smooth communication between multi-national parties.
• Office-based work and prioritization of work load.
• Created educational materials for the linguists and the other parties, effectively cooperated with the stakeholders on developing and putting into practice new methods and ways of improving interpreting and translation skills for the linguists, as long as methods and tips for the other parties on how to effectively work with the linguists.
• Identified key points of modern interpreting problems and developed ways and methods to improve and enhance interpreting for the new-learners.
• Delivered translation projects with the team of linguists in tight deadlines.
• Translated and reviewed healthcare (NHS) documents and military manuals.
• Controlled the quality of interpreting of the linguists.
• Provided feedback and tips on improvement to each member of the team.
• Interpreted meetings, speeches as well as translated documents from English into Ukrainian and vice versa.
• Improved my knowledge of military terminology.
