Your Responsabilities:

• Lead a team of network administrators, develop their professional skills, and ensure continuous competency growth.
• Build and evolve the company’s network architecture: modernize existing solutions, implement new hardware and software to improve security and fault tolerance.
• Organize support for the network infrastructure: perform scheduled maintenance, resolve incidents, conduct updates and software upgrades.
• Implement IT security measures, introduce and maintain policies for secure network usage by employees and clients.
• Configure the network and prepare technical documentation in accordance with regulatory requirements.
• Optimize incident response processes and handling of network failures within the administration team.

What We Expect

• Excellent command of the Russian language.
• Practical experience in leading a technical team.
• Hands-on skills in independent setup or building of infrastructure.
• Deep understanding of network and server architecture.
• Strong knowledge of MS and Linux operating systems.
• Experience working with network equipment and databases.
• Familiarity with our technology stack will be an advantage: Grafana, InfluxDB, Prometheus, Docker, AD, Proxmox, Kubernetes.

Nice to Have

• Experience in the FinTech industry.
• Experience working in distributed or fully remote teams.
