Responsibilities:

• Independently launch a content-educational direction (websites, articles, webinars, community, etc.), including using AI-based mechanics.
• Create meanings / content strategy.
• Form a small department; core staff for basic tasks (traffic, copywriters) are already in place.
• Build overall strategy and tactics.
• Continuously attract leads via the marketing team.
• Achieve growth period over period — in sources, traffic, leads, sales.

Requirements:

• Relevant experience managing projects in educational ventures for at least 3 years.
• Experience launching media / content portals from scratch.
• Experience building a “content factory,” content strategy.
• Knowledge of metrics for content projects, business, marketing, digital marketing.
• Ability to work with texts, check for uniqueness.
• Knowledge of Yandex.Metrica, Google Analytics and other analytical tools of digital marketing, Excel.
• Knowledge of Russian language is mandatory.

Conditions:

• Payment on time, twice a month.
• Salary: 2000$ (see below) + bonuses.
