Responsibilities:

• Receiving and registering incoming client requests.
• Promptly transferring information between clients and suppliers.
• Communicating with suppliers: negotiating deal terms and clarifying details.
• Monitoring the fulfillment of agreements and ensuring timely feedback.
• Working with spreadsheets, messengers, and CRM/task trackers.

Role Objective:

To quickly and accurately process incoming requests, coordinate communication between clients and suppliers, and ensure data accuracy and efficient interaction between all parties.

Requirements:

• Experience working with legal entities (B2B segment).
• High stress tolerance and fast communication response.
• Ability to work in a multitasking environment.
• Competent verbal and written communication.
• Attentiveness, efficiency, and willingness to learn.
• Proficiency in the Russian language.
