Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract and retain players.
• Create engaging and localized content for marketing campaigns, social media, email newsletters, and website promotions.
• Collaborate with the design team to produce visually appealing and effective marketing materials.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for growth in the Moldovian market.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, using data-driven insights to optimize marketing efforts.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to ensure the company remains at the forefront of the market.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in marketing, preferably within the iGaming or online entertainment industry.
• Good English, with written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative thinker with the ability to tailor marketing content to the target audience.
• Strong understanding of Romanian culture, trends, and consumer behavior.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret and act upon marketing analytics.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and experience managing social media accounts.
• Collaborative team player with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
