We’re looking for a hands-on CRM & Marketing Automation Specialist to manage and optimize our CRM systems across all Route One Group brands. You’ll ensure every lead is captured, routed, nurtured, and measured accurately, helping Marketing, Sales, and Operations work smarter.

Responsibilities:

• Configure CRM objects, pipelines, permissions, and maintain clear documentation.
• Build workflows for lead capture, routing, alerts, nurture flows, and scoring.
• Connect CRM with analytics, ads, telephony, messaging, and other systems.
• Manage email/domain health, consent, and compliance; run periodic audits.
• Create templates, onboard users, manage roles, and maintain documentation.
• Ensure clean data for reporting, onboard users, publish weekly lifecycle snapshots.
• Translate business needs into reliable automations and clean reporting across Marketing, Sales, Operations, and Analytics.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of hands-on experience with HubSpot or similar CRM/automation platforms.
• Strong data hygiene and analytics skills (Google Analytics, Tag Manager, spreadsheets).
• Experience with system integrations via iPaaS or APIs.
• Knowledge of email/domain health, consent/preferences, and messaging norms.
• Excellent communication: able to explain technical concepts and train non-technical users.
• English proficiency is required; Romanian/Russian a plus.
