We’re now looking for an Infrastructure Coordinator — someone who’s organized, proactive, and tech-savvy to keep our infrastructure running like clockwork.

What You’ll Do

Management & Documentation

• Maintain detailed records of all servers, IPs, providers, and payment schedules (tables, CRM, or internal tools).
• Automate reminders for upcoming payments to avoid downtime.
• Act as the single point of contact for infrastructure vendors and providers (billing, support, comms).

Monitoring & Incident Coordination

• Set up and maintain monitoring systems (Zabbix, Prometheus, etc.).
• Respond to alerts in real-time or coordinate response with middle-level engineers.
• Log incidents, root causes, and recovery steps in a centralized system.

Task Tracking & Workflow Management

• Manage tasks in systems like YouTrack, GitLab, or similar.
• Ensure every task is tracked, prioritized, and has a clear deadline.Sync with senior tech leads for updates and progress tracking.

Communication & Team Coordination

• Run weekly status calls with short updates and task overviews.
• Collect and prioritize requests from internal teams (Marketing, Product, Support).
• Maintain and update internal documentation/wiki on infrastructure architecture.

First-Line Operational Support

• Be the “first responder” for urgent infrastructure issues (“fires”).
• Escalate complex problems to mid- and senior-level engineers.
• Keep track of all emergency cases and support proper post-mortem processes.

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years in a technical coordination, DevOps assistant, or infrastructure operations role.
• Basic understanding of server infrastructure and cloud technologies.
• Familiarity with monitoring tools (Zabbix, Prometheus, etc.) and task management platforms (Jira, YouTrack).
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Tech-savvy, structured thinker, with a “get things done” mindset.
• Comfortable working with HubStaff time-tracker.
